Description
REF50100C is a substrate used for characteristic impedance reference and or verify purpose. In most TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) like applications, the cal-procedure can be done either by cable-end and or probe-end calibration.

REF50100C provide as a known standard for verification, or, as calibration tool for proper bandwidth. REF50100C is laser trimmed to 0.1% tolerance which minimized the uncertainties.
