12GHz Passive Differential TDR Probe Kit
Handy probe is easier for probing purpose from package level to PC Board.
With high performance and stability features, T1015A differential probe kit fulfills the testing needs for research and design.
The main function




For high speed applications, more and more requests for differential measurements are needed
No active components inside, it acts as transmission line or passive device
When TDR instrument generates test signal, measurement of the reflection portion through probe kit to calculate the impendence will be reached
Can be utilized with Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) for balance devices testing
Product Introduction
The LAB105 T1015A 12GHz differential TDR probe kit connects PCB and other devices without connectors to differential TDR/TDT module. Engineers can accurately characterize differential impedances in the time domain and frequency domain by TDR or Vector Network Analyzer. Calibration and de-skew can improve measurement accuracy by using error correction to compensate for systematic errors.
